Use vi-style substitute on command line

Hi,

I have the keys bound to vi style editing, and was wondering how I could
set up the :s/old/new style command to work on the command line.

I know you can do it with !:s/old/new but I was hoping to see the command
as it was changed.

Thank you for your time and consideration. -Jose Unpingco
