Shared history still corrupts under NFS with 4.3.4-dev-4. :(
Happens all the time when mixing 32-bit and 64-bit Linux clients.
Will this be fixed?
FYI, I tried to patch zsh to use fcntl locking in the past, but
the zsh history code is so complex and unintuitive that I couldn't.
