Disabling ::<TAB> completion of $var:x modifiers

I've created some ::func1, ::func3. I have them completed at: $ ::<TAB>
however, other things complete, the $var:x modifiers, like:

Q -- strip quotes
s -- substitute string
...

is it difficult to turn off the $var:x completion for ::<TAB>?
