I used ripgrep on the zsh-completions git dir and the only result is this: ``` zsh-completions/src/_openssl2490: 'ignore_type:not attempt to interpret multibyte characters in any way'
```I'd say +1 on the opinion that zsh may be doing multibyte the wrong way. Even with this result you can't tell for sure whose fault it really is.
