As long as we're complaining ...
PUSHD_SILENT isn't silent, when using `+N' or `-N'.  It doesn't print the
whole directory stack, but it does print the new current directory.  This
isn't the case for `pushd ~N' (which remains silent).
Is there a reason for this?
