PATCH: 3.1.5-pws-6: zle -l[L] for zle -C

This fixes the bug I just reported with zle -lL, plus changes the -c
to -C for zle -l, as well as turning -c into -C in
new-completion-examples (are there any other places to change yet?)
Probably zle -c will disappear in pws-7, so you've got about a week to
swap your init files.
