The important bit for the headers is acconfig.h. I always assume anything
ending in .in is input, but actually config.h.in is made by autoheader by
sticking acconfig.h together whether a few little numbers of its own.
It's not clear how much use the patch is --- apparently there are more
severe problems getting configure to run on QNX4.
