Zsh without GNU make

While it works without GNU make as well, using "normal" makes results in
rebuilding of whole zsh even if only one file was changed. It first tries to
rebuild config.h than recreates Makefiles then *.mdh ... etc etc

And even more interesting. I just tried 'gmake install' after simple 'make'. It
now rebuild everything again :-)
