As it appears that PWS is going to be out for a bit longer, I've made up
another release and put it on ftp.brasslantern.com:/pub/zsh/.

Tanaka gets lots of credit for this because I wouldn't have been confident
that my patching was up-to-date if I hadn't been able to compare to his CVS
server.

Remarks:

The copyrights in comp.h and compctl.h identify the files incorrectly, but
I'd already built the dist when I noticed and didn't think it was important
enough to redo everything.

Tanaka's FAQ.yo change and Clint Adams' configurable maildir support are
included, but got missed out of the ChangeLog.

Clint's 8499 is *not* included, nor is my alternate, but everything before
that should be here.
