This style has already gone. At least I hope it has, because I can't find
it in my copy, and if I can't find it in my copy...
I've had more conflicts in the last hour than in the preceding month,
mostly in this file and around. I think I've got it right, but it should
be looked at in 3.1.6-dev-21.
