Build Failure on SunOS

With this morning's latest CVS, I cannot build on:
    SunOS ise4 5.5.1 Generic sun4m sparc
or
    SunOS peach 4.1.4 1 sun4m unknown
using:
    gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)

Here's what happens:
    gcc -c -I.  -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -Wall -Wno-implicit -Wmissing-prototypes -O2  -o com
    pat.o /u/shelton/new/src/zsh-2000-09-18-1005-GMT/Src/compat.c
