A challenge, eh?  How about:

    setopt extendeglob
    unset ${(k)parameters[(R)^*(readonly*|export|special)]}

Of course this clobbers things like ZSH_NAME and ZSH_VERSION, which it
might be pretty difficult to restore to sane values.
