PATCH: Disable the heuristic setting RPROMPT_INDENT to 0



I've had this disabled since it was introduced, but lately saw some
reports on IRC of it breaking, so we're better off not doing it at
all. Fortunately all the documentation still claims it always defaults
to 1.
