Test release 5.4.2-test-1

I've uploaded a test for the release of zsh 5.5 to

http://www.zsh.org/pub/development

so if anyone (particularly with non-standard set ups) gets the chance to
try it out, that would be great.

It's long enough since the last release I hope to get this out after
Easter (I'm away for a week in between) even if there are other changes
pending.
