README shouldn't say "This is version 5.8.  It is a stable
release." yet.  The tarball is 5.7.1-test-1, not 5.8, and it's a test
release, not stable release; that's what README should state.

The same goes for FAQ.yo, in case somebody builds the
documentation locally.

If you'd like to prepare the documentation update in advance, I suggest
to do it on a git branch, or to post a patch to this list.
