RANDOM would not pass these tests. They test the difference betweenthe distribution of the generated values against the ideal equaldistribution.

I was wrong. Apparently, RANDOM isn't sufficiently biased to fail thesetests. I'm beginning to think there is no useful test that can be runon this module, but I'm open to suggestions.
