Not all of them. And "subjective opinions" would pretty much describe
the core of what cdb has been pushing on the matter.

And it's just as typically used on non-GNU systems.
If people need texinfo documentation to get by, me can deplore that,
yet a widely-used project like zsh should then remain neutral on the
matter and provide both forms of documentation, even if they are best
maintained alongside each other (instead of being clumsily generated
from a single source).
That's me subjective opinion. Hope it helps.
