I didn't know zsh had a logo of any kind so I had to find it. Here it
is: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zsh-users/zsh/master/Src/zsh.ico.
I don't think I've seen this anywhere before. Reverse google search
doesn't know it either.

All three looks very nice. It took me a while to figure out how they
are different. With glasses on I like variant 3 best: rounded corners
and closer lettering is quite elegant. Without glasses I don't like it
as much: there is a weird optical effect where the last letter looks
shorter than the others and appears truncated. The two variants don't
give me that feeling despite similar design. This is a super minor
thing for sure.
