Nothing new to say, really.  One nitpick:

PROMPT_EOL_MARK='%S%F{c}%#%s%f'

I know it probably doesn't matter, but shouldn't the states be turned
off in the opposite order that they're turned on?  That is,
%S%F...%f%s
